Wafter Rig: How long should a Wafter rig be
Length wise, I tend to fish it 7-8 inches long. I have fished it shorter and longer but this length again seems to work best. Obviously, with any rig they have to be attached to an anti-tangle lead system in some way and I’d recommend Hybrid Lead Clips or inline leads, helicopters seem to be tangle prone with braid.
