Our dog-friendly lodges are deep-cleaned before and after your stay to ensure you have a clean and homely welcome. Dog-friendly lodges are available at a selected number of Woodland Lodges and Executive Lodges only, and you can add up to two dogs per lodge so they can enjoy your holiday as much as you will.

Dogs and cats are restricted to the Caravan Owners’ section and are not allowed onto the main Butlin’s resort We don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa.

Can you take dogs to Chester Zoo?

Registered assistance dogs are welcome but we ask that you contact us in advance to let us know as there are certain routes that aren’t available for animal wellbeing reasons. We ask that other dogs aren’t brought to the zoo.

Can you take dogs to Kew Gardens?

Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens – please leave your pets at home. Please do not climb, pick, prune or remove any plants from our Gardens. The loss of plants is upsetting for our team who skilfully and diligently care for our collections.

Can dogs go to Bluestone?

Assistance and Service dogs are welcome at Bluestone Please notify the Reservations Team pre-arrival of any special requirements and present relevant documentation on arrival. There is a designated toilet area and we request that assistance and service dogs wear their harness and coat in all public areas.
